Ms. Kurzawa brings to her clients

As president of The Wellington Group since 1990, Ms. Kurzawa has worked with companies within a variety of industries including systems integration, computing & communications, manufacturing, transportation, publishing, banking, retail, insurance and pharmaceutical.
Prior to forming The Wellington Group, a consortium of business consultants dedicated to assisting clients in achieving revenue objectives, strategic goals and organizational effectiveness, Ms. Kurzawa was director of a management consulting practice for Arthur Young & Co., (now part of Ernst & Young, a "Big 5" management & accounting firm). As director, she marketed the practice services, advised and supported clients in all organizational matters, including the recruitment and retention of key employees as well as managing the practice.
Ms. Kurzawa previously held corporate positions such as regional director of human resources for Cap Gemini America, a subsidiary of Cap Gemini Sogeti, an international systems integration company.
Her prior experience includes sales, consulting and senior management roles with entrepreneurial systems consulting, human resources and executive search firms. In these roles, she expanded the business consulting practices and directed project teams in performing needs analyses, benchmarking studies and training/organizational design and development for client companies.
Ms. Kurzawa is a noted speaker and author, contributing to The Direct Option, a recently published book by Richard C. Bartlett, vice-chairman of the Mary Kay Corporation, on the direct sales industry. She has also partnered with Dr. Manuel Pontes, formerly with Fairleigh Dickinson University, on several articles and case studies about social intelligence as a key success indicator for all managers, as well as successful sales force and sales management profiling.
She received her MA in Psychological Counseling from Rider University and is a certified Behavior Modification Therapist. Her professional affiliations include the Institute of Management Consultants, The American Society for Training & Development and the Human Resources Planning Society. Ms. Kurzawa is also certified as a Benchmarks assessor for the Center of Creative Leadership.
